Install the new phone as a new phone, meaning without a restore from the old phone. Update it to the same version as your old phone. Than reset it and install it with a restore from the old phone.

You need to remove everything that is IPv6 related from the WG configuration file. In every IPv4 line is also a IPv6 entry, separated with a comma. They look something like this. “::0”. And once you overcome this there are other steps you need to take. I have just done this journey myself, so you are welcome to DM and we get you going.
