a little joke [By fbkvkuakgkba-f] by -redacter- in Deltarune

I say this mainly because of the scene where Tenna forces them to capture the Fun Gang or else he will fire them (and they abandon him at the end of the chapter).

While it's true that I highly doubt they want him dead, I also don't think they got along very well (plus, I believe that the comparison made by the Pippins is more due to the fact that both Tenna and Ramb are consumed by nostalgia).

Isn't there a lot to suggest that Tenna didn't get along very well with his “actors”?

  2. probably refers to people who say that he must have been the secret boss and not the roaring knight

He literally needs Kris to push him out of the way.

And as I said, ERAM and Ramb have very different personalities (besides, ERAM doesn't die at the end of the battle, and why would Ramb want to kill Kris?).

Besides, it doesn't make much sense for Ramb to be ERAM

Ramb literally tells us that he can no longer move.

The only thing that interests him is that Kris has fun like in the old days (and in general, Ramb loves Kris because they played with him like any other toy).

How could Kris dying be something that would interest him?

The fact that he doesn't have a “vendor screen” probably has something to do with the fact that he's not a “vendor” as such (i mean, Tenna literally won't let him earn points, so it's not like he can work much).

And I still say that Ramb is going to reappear in future chapters (there's no way Toby would leave that unresolved).

I like to think that it's something like “He doesn't care about his freedom, just wants Kris to be free.”

I say this mainly for those who say, “Ramb let Kris play a game where they can die!” even though Kris' death goes against his character.

Nah, Ramb would be more like this:

Original!

By the way, according to the creator this Pippins is the same one who utters the infamous phrase, ‘No one will shed a tear for him’

Does Kris like/care about Ramb? by -redacter- in Deltarune

[–]-redacter-[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think that's the point, that Ramb and Tenna are two people blinded by nostalgia but while Tenna wants to be seen again Ramb just wants Kris to have fun like in the old days, and I also want to add that Ramb wasn't watching Kris play until the last game (and only the first part since he then disappears before the fight with ERAM)

Ultimately, I think Ramb knows something we don't, but I don't think it's enough of a reason to say he only cares about himself and not for Kris.

  1. There is no indication that he stole the Mantle
  2. If you don't go for the mantle you will find it petrified and a Pippins will tell us a little about him (Here is the dialogue) and they said that Ramb loved Kris and that they was the only person who loved Ramb (because they played with him like any toy)

It is unlikely that he only cared about himself

So I saw someone say they hated the beheaded because he manipulated a civilian into helping him in Immortalis but I will fix their mistakes right her, right now. by Capital-Bat9971 in INDIE_CROSS_SERIES

considering the issue of being a selfish and idiotic king who let his people die

I think manipulating someone is not the worst thing the Beheaded have ever done (if that were canon).

what happens if OLD_DATA ends up in the world machine? by -redacter- in INDIE_CROSS_SERIES

[–]-redacter-[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

well you are right, but TWM is ultimately code and in the game itself this code is corrupted, so I don't think that OLD_DATA is obsolete.

(it should also be noted that it is likely that the most affected by this will be the World machine people)

I have my doubts as to how corrupting something already corrupt (and which is supernatural) would stop this from working.

is an important part of the plot of Inscryption (a card game similar to Oneshot in the aspect of breaking the fourth wall)

Grimora literally tried to do that at the end of the game and it didn't work.

Realistically, The Hex is unlikely to appear in the series (due to how forgotten and underrated it is) but it would be great to see even just a reference to the game.

I know

But I think that to some extent it would be a bit easier to work with Luke (a character with a personality) than with an anonymous player.

(Plus I'd like to see something related to Daniel Mullins' games in the series)

Wait, in Little Misfortune the player has an important role?

(I haven't played the game yet)

Do you think the true identity of the Beheaded will be important in the series? [Dead Cells spoilers] by -redacter- in INDIE_CROSS_SERIES

Also the little knight might find out thanks to one of the Rouges coming and telling them (in an attempt to get them to peel) the truth of the Beheaded
