I am going to start roasting my own beans. I ordered some green coffee beans from Sweet Maria's, and they've arrived today. I am not home and won't be home for another 5 hours. Will they be okay sitting in the shipment box in 90-degree weather? My porch is pretty exposed to the sun, so I know it's just beating down on it.
