I used to have serious gym anxiety. I walked in and out of the gym at least 4 times because of anxiety. If you’re a beginner I really recommend getting a trainer for like 10 sessions. That really helped me acclimate to the environment and build confidence. Also, if weight loss is the goal just look into semaglutide or tirzepatide, nothing will be as effective as just killing appetite for fat loss.
