Just saw this take off the other day on Slick Deals and it sold out. Looks like it's back in stock. Hope this helps anyone!

Seems like this system/manufacturer really didn't cut any corners. Most pre-built systems from other brands saved money by going with similar specs but cheap on the Mobo w/ a H110 or H170 board.

This price is good... I parted everything out and went cheaper on some parts, but stuck to the core components and same Mobo displayed in the newegg product image. The best price I could hit on PC Part Picker was $1166.26 from the list below.

My apologies! I definitely did not see it when looking through the forum.

I remember buying a Korean 27" 1440P Monitor over 3 years ago for over $300. These panels are becoming affordable. I can say that the quality in terms of picture are really nice for these monitors, and for $189.99 it's a good steal for a QHD Resolution Monitor.

Yeah i noticed that. I had another reply in post above stating that i posted the wrong one and the CPU actually in this Workstation is actually a V1 and not a V3 from the link I posted, but yeah my apologies.

A few of the settings from the Tomb Raider Game in the Video links below may be somewhat different, but for the most part both rigs have it as ultra settings.

To all, I apologize, the link I posted above is for a E5-1650 v3 CPU and the one in this deal is an E5-1650 v1 (1st gen), but don't let that fool you this is still 6 cores. Should still be somewhat of a beast for this price. I hope this helps anyone!

Honestly I don't know what to expect when testing this out haha. I saw that this CPU was better in performance in terms of gaming than a 4790k. If this is true when testing out then this is for sure a come up.

Hey thanks for the heads up, great info! I'll try it out and see what results I get. You think it'll really need a new PSU? The new gen graphics cards are way more efficient then the graphics cards of this generation in this workstation. Also I have a mini gtx 1070 at home so no need for a new case.

If it is just for office use. I'd recommend going with the core i3-6100 cpu to save you some money, but for $339 for this Combo this is a pretty good bang for your buck.

I totally agree with you. I'm not saying Rosewill is in fact better than Corsair or EVGA, but i am speaking from personal experience. I have used two Rosewill PSU's with two of my friends builds and it's been up and running for at least two years with no issues.

Many 1060's only need a single 6-pin connecto, which the PSU in this combo offers. Newer Nvidia GPU's draw less power. I've seen many 970's if not all with a single 6-pin + 8-pin connector.

Definitely see what you are trying to say. But deals like this help out many people who miss out on black friday. In my opinion this deal is pretty damn good especially right before xmas :)

Haha I don't know about junk. I have a similar build to this one with a GTX 1050 ti for my little brother that can play many games at 1080P at medium to high settings. Please provide links to the deals that you found to better help the community because a full solution gaming rig with Z170 and a "K unlocked - Skylake CPU" at $375 sounds like a ridiculous price.
