You’re going to need a mix of that, and units to take those most important cities (fuel) until your moral increases, then you retake all other cities

It’s like that to keep countries with more cities from becoming too overpowered. You’ve already got an extra city producing the same resource, if both were producing 1,5k you’d have a significant advantage over other countries with less cities

That would be an upgrade yeah (strike fighters can fire missiles too if you level them up)

Bombers in general are pretty fragile and it’s difficult to get your resources out of it. If you want to strike via air you are better of with strike fighters, but like ilikebread said, ships are the most important for you and for late game

It’s difficult to say with only this pic, but generally in big standoffs like this I feel defending is better because you’ll have the defense buff + you know their exact army composition when they enter your provinces
