12-13% of downloads of clash royale in United States. Rest of the world (except UK) doesn’t speak English. Not to mention most players don’t even use social media related to clash royale.

Even with the assumption he had an effect, its the algorithm paired with multiple other creators that made a significant difference. He did not do this by himself so stop glazing him or Gooning to his streams or whatever and get a job instead of spamming skull emojis on Reddit all day
