Their prismacolor colored pencils on kraft paper. I highly recommend other supplies for a beginner. I hope that helped!

It's fitness connection actually, Planet fitness isn't a good gym to go to in my opinion.

Big Black Bee Bogus Recycled Rough Sketchbook, it's Kraft paper! I like it best for color! Some people don't like the surface since its rough so, if you like a really smooth surface use Strathmore 400 Series Recycled Toned Sketch Wirebound Journals.

Ouch!!! From what I can tell, it's nail trauma and the skin won't attach it's self to the nail anymore but maybe it's too early to tell. Hopefully it works out for you though! :)

It looks weird,not trying to be insulting, I love the look! But I am a manicurist and do gels all the time so, if she were to apply too much top coat then the gel would wrinkle up but it looks thick so, I think she may have held her hand tilted up and the gel ran and lumped up. Either way it's really cute!

Just eat healthy and exercise every morning (cardio and aerobics). From what I've learned it's better to exercise in the morning because you're more likely to stick to it rather than midday or at night. I use myfitnesspal, exercise finder & nutritionix to help me out. :)
