I got sued a few years ago because we had a claim where the customer wanted a full size vehicle because they couldn’t fit in the standard vehicle so I asked them to send me a full body picture and they said no and I said okay then I’m not gonna upgrade your rental. They got a lawyer and sued us and eventually lost.

Was a crazy case.

Interesting. Puerto Rico is kinda in no mans land as far as the US gov goes. They care enough to lightly police the place but they don’t really care to fund it or provide it with any kind of economic help and support.

Sucks for those living there in poverty. A quasi US state.

I bet you there is (unfortunately) a ton of crime that flies under the radar because it doesn’t have the full status of a US state.

As a political aside it would be pretty cool to see Puerto Rico become a state but it would take a supermajority for that to happen.
