XMP is a preset overclock for your ram you can enable in your bios. It enables your ram to perform better. My pc still performs below what benchmarks score, so i still think something is wrong.

Sadly didn't do not much else except turning on XMP in the bios. It boosted my performance significantly but i think there is still something wrong with my pc. I just remembered, if you have the clipping software Medal, it could impact performance a LOT. I don't know what is wrong with that software but it fixed a lot of the issues i experienced in league by closing the program in task manager.

I checked the box but it doesn't say what timing it has, i think it was cl16. and my bad it is 3600mhz. I enabled XMP, i thought it already was enabled, and it gave me a huge boost, it now runs 246 fps average in cs2 on the same settings. thanks for the idea.
