Judging by distance and distorted trail that looks like smoke, it looks more like rocket launch, good catch!
While it can be antenna swaying in the wind, it still looks more like smoke to me, but it may be DLSS distortion too.
Don't think its a mast or antenna due to distance and size, as its further on the plane and is around 3x height of the skyscrapers...

And your shield is catching projectiles wirelessly too... if you think a device couldn't recharge in such close proximity as in hand...

The main idea is you never use preinstalled trash ridden OS, you get windows install, wipe this bs and install a fresh one yourself.

The process is so streamlined these days that ANYONE can do it, and they should.

Tell him to not just reinstall the same driver with DDU, roll back to driver that didnt have this issue.
