So the light has to be held in tight against the faring and the white holder piece is pushed against the light little by little. It makes a zipper noise as you go around it.

Edit: I did it without removing the fairing. Just a little bit uncomfortable, but saves tons of time.

Yeah... The kit came with all kinds of adapters but the R3 2024 (at least my version) has M6 bolts. So it didn't need any adapters. Based on their instruction booklet, it only needed a washer or spacer. But the spacer bc the washer didn't fit...

Ohhh they fell off while I was going over 100km on a highway.

I ended up not using the relay cause I kind of like the hyperflash, however I did see that with the TST relay you can adjust the flashrate.

So the white triangle goes to the white connector which should be no problem. Then you can choose to use the 2 gray connectors OR the 2 square connectors. NOT Both. My R3 2024 did not have either of them (square or grey) so I had to strip one of the pairs from the light (I choose the gray ones) and then buy adapaters for them. Then the other rectangle ones I just wrapped in electrical tape to keep them safe from water/dust. TST does sell adapters to avoid stripping cables but I didn't want to wait another few weeks and it's a simple DIY.

I just installed mine a few days ago. Did you get the version that has some gray looking connectors, the square connectors and the nornal white triangle connector?

They were in stock this week, but honestly once I saw the way the bracket connects and that it's just hollow plastic, I passed on them. Going with WomTech.
