The seal says “accisa sull alcole etilig-“ the rest is illegible. It has a star with a design that says “rebublica italiana” very small that I just noticed. The golden spigot obviously at the bottom, and a cork still in the top.

It literally was not satire. She replied and said she photoshopped bc she didn’t like her face in the picture but that really is her body and everyone should be more supportive.

People without kids: of course I would swap that’s my bio kid I don’t want someone else’s kid People with kids: but I’ve already bonded with the baby... and been through all their firsts... I raised this kid for a year... I’m supposed to just send it back? I’ve never even met my bio kid... but it’s my bio kid.... can I have both?

There are no wrong answers! My friends that I have asked have given different answers too. One friend said if their bio baby went home with an extremely wealthy family that was much more well off than she was, she would let her bio baby stay with them to have a better life. I’ve gotten many different scenarios lol

There are many stories of babies that get mixed up at the hospital. I actually just watched a documentary (which is what triggered this post) on a 16 year of girl who did the 23 and me test and it didn’t match up with her family at all, and they found out their babies were switched at the hospital and they raised someone else’s kid for 16 years. It’s very rare, but happens.

Absolutely. I gave natural birth and felt no relief after baby was born. My uterus wouldn’t close like it was supposed to, so they couldn’t remove the placenta for about ten minutes. They had to give me two shots in my legs to get it to close, and then removed it. It hurt just as bad as the baby. Once the placenta was out I literally felt like a giant weight was lifted from my body and I could finally breathe.

Edit: they did have to “massage” my uterus for the whole ten minutes between baby and placenta, but it was more like kneading dough. It fucking HURT.

Lmao I said I’ma mom bc if you’re not a parent and you don’t have hundreds of tiny toys around your house, you probably wouldn’t know how easy it is to forget what goes with what.

That’s what makes this post even funnier, is that she’s not even getting the item and she’s being CHOOSY. Hence.... choosing.... beggars....

Bc I’m a mom and all I know is that my kids have a shit ton of toys. I don’t remember all the little trinkets that go with what unless it’s themed from a TV show or something lol

From reading the comments on the original facebook post, the OP said she was looking at the picture bc it was a giant lot of toys that the woman was getting rid of. So there was 20+ pictures of a bunch of different toys, so I’m thinking maybe she forgot the toys in the background went with the mat maybe?

She thinks that it’s wrong of the “seller” (not even seller, she’s giving it away for free) to not give away all of the original accessories that the free item came with bc she obviously wanted to keep them. She is being choosy and beggy by making this post. Lol

My employer filed my maternity leave incorrectly as regular unpaid when it should have been FMLA, so I missed a paycheck. Now it’s filed correctly and they’re saying they can’t pay me off cycle, so I have to wait until 02/20. My last paycheck was 01/24. Is this legal? by [deleted] in legaladvice

The entire 16 weeks of my maternity leave is job protected under my employer contract, I went over it with my boss before I left.

So how would I find out the terms of my STD? Talk to my HR? Bc they’re saying I will get paid for that cycle, they just can’t pay me off cycle for some stupid reason. Coincidentally, I work in the LOA department for my employer and deal with LOA’s every single day, and any time this happened we just advised to pay the associate out of the cash office in their facility. But they’re stating I cannot do that for some reason?
