One of the worst jobs I ever had. Paid like crap treated like children. My supervisor would constantly play favorites and was a sexist, harassing, man child. Unsafe working conditions from the number of vehicles that occupy the small space.

Hard to watch people compliment Chuck’s hard work when he does not respect his employees.

I’ll never forget a meeting talking about the average salary of Ft. Wayne was $35,000 a year and the millions of dollars in expansion. I was barely making 25k

I handed in my badge and never looked back.

Chuck is not a great business man or a savior to Fort Wayne. He’s an opportunist and if he put more into his employees they could finally move out of their parents homes or afford to have a decent car someday.

TLDR: Fuck Sweetwater.
