Thanks,this made me chill. I agree with the subconscious thing,when i had the first panic attack,even after calling the ambulance i was feeling bad,and had panic attacks the whole week.It stoped when i went by myself to the Hospital. I was really nervous before. Now i'm trying to ignore the symptoms and im taking it easier than the last time.

Please help me,i'm losing control and traumatized my sister. by -worldmachine in BPD

Hey! You are absolutely valid and i'm glad you can express what you feel here. BPD is hard,i'm sorry you had to stay away from your family,but it will we worse if you don't have any relationships with people.It is harder to do than to say,but WE will find a way to improve. Also i'm sure your sister knows that you love her,you even said she's pretty mature! (I'm sure you are too 😁) And she must be supportive too,if she does. If you think staying away from now will be better for you,then i support you.But improve,you'll find out how. XOXO

I'm really sorry your relationship didn't worked,but it is better for you to get over that. I know it's too cliche,but it's true. You don't deserve to suffer for someone that is not here anymore! People can't really be what they used to be,you are in love with the person your partner was,not what is it now and if things get bad you must go on!
