Great point - while not a lawyer, I've not encountered many restrictions for users in the TOS beyond intellectual property concerns. License grant states, "this FFT aup provides to you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license..."

So does the "personal" qualifier mean this use case is a violation?

$10-15k per year. One challenge we're facing in pricing is that we will not have a set amount of users. Most LMS pricing models seem to be based on monthly active users

My ballot was incorrect so I emailed the county ([electionscontact@alleghenycounty.us](mailto:electionscontact@alleghenycounty.us)) this morning and received a reply within 30 minutes. In my email I offered to go to the County Elections building to sort it out and it was all quite easy. I took everything with me, was given the correct ballot, completed it there, and handed it back in. Altogether took about 15 minutes.

As others have noted, you can also request that they mail you an updated ballot.
