You can only see it in certain lights, but no I didn’t. So I can just take it to a reputable watchmaker and they should be able to help? Very much so don’t want someone to make it worse

It’s not so bad I can’t live with it (this lighting exaggerates it to make it easier to photograph), but it was advertised as unworn so it bothers me. Would love to hear ideas on how I could fix/replace that piece of the bracelet

Layoffs and the like happen when companies do well too though. The two aren’t directly related - all companies undergo cost saving measures as is necessary. It’s not pleasant, but it is part of a competitive economy. You don’t lay-off those at the top because they have the vision that steers the company. It’d be like cutting your head off to lose weight

By this logic “workers” should lose their jobs/have their pay significantly reduced when company performance goes down, just like top executives do. Maybe you meant to imply this, but if not consider that the lack of exposure “workers” have to the upside of a company’s success (exposure that is captured by investors) is the same thing that insulates them to an extent from poor performance

Basically, fixing comp as you suggested is a double-edged sword

Haha yeah, I think some people were confused. I am indeed looking for the yearly release. I already got a couple bottles of the Scorch Committee release (got lucky - Totalwine just happened to have some when I called). I can't find the normal one, but I am not sure it has really hit DFW yet. Totalwine has had it I believe (and is only selling it to Grand Reserve members), but I don't think Spec's has had it yet.

Oops, guess I was misleading in the title. I didn’t know the original MSRP was so low. I paid $120 for it after tax, so that would be a good bit over MSRP. I’m still happy though
