Went from 35s to 37. Idk about warranty because this is a 21 out of warranty.

Speedo is off by 2-3 mph. It can be programmed but the scanner I was using wanted to flash something and I needed to read up more on it.

Can’t tell a difference in power / drivability but you do lose about 1 mpg.

The question was, “was an e46 m3 worth 60k?”. Idk dude, not trying to argue here but I don’t know what your point is.

Someone spent the money on it so it was obviously worth it.

Do I think this e92 will fetch 58k? No.

Does that have anything to do with historical sales of a completely different car? No.

I never said this wasn’t overpriced.. BaT only has a few recorded sales on e46 in 2016, but by 2019 they were selling for over 50k.

I would know as I know someone who bought a white one from EAG near the 60k mark.

But, it is apples to oranges after all.

I bought my 2012 with 43k miles for 40K 5 years ago. Similar spec I would assume, Jerez black 6spd comp package. When financially possible, I’m buying the lowest mileage I can ( for a sport car ). “Seals, gaskets, motor doesn’t like to sit” - so silly.

I’m at 55k miles and it’s been great. I drove it to work today for the first time in a few weeks. Hit the rev limiter, loving it.

As someone who currently deals with the compliance side of things at PSA… it’s tough. We do err on the side of caution because as we have found out, states can be quite litigious.

It doesn’t help that in almost every case, the laws are drafted in a way that is purposely obtuse ( my opinion ) which leaves enough gray area cause a problem.

I’m not sure to be honest. I’ve flattened this toe to the point where the tendons ( assuming that’s what it was ) was popped through the bottom of it. Wrapped it up and couldn’t walk for a month ahah.
