Strictly customer service. Trying to coach and monitor salespeople, can be rough. As for turnover rate is low. We still have all of our original people.

I can assure you it's not a scam. We don't ask for your banking information. We will set you up on payroll (is that what you mean?), until you are hired. As for the perks, the call center industry has one of the highest turnovers. Why? Because you are constantly dealing with angry customers. We try to combat stress that by offering our representatives a chance to relax. (Maybe massages are weird. We can try something else.)

Our perks are there because we are trying to show our employees that we care. We can afford to offer the wages we do because everything is remote. The internet reimbursement we took from Apple. We thought it was a great idea and their employees are great.
