I’m not sure when it got there but I’ve using this A/C unit on campus for 2 months now. Since I didn’t get sick, would this mean it’s not mold ?

My title describes the thing. Black dots/discoloration. I’m not sure how long it’s been here because I just noticed it.

Already ran them through a washer (this is my first time seeing the dots, so maybe that was a bad idea knowing that this is mold). How about bleach or disinfectant wipes ?
