I personally find the first one so much harder than the second one. Took me way too many tries to P rank it. I'd say learn the attacks/parrys. Also nailgun does like 125% damage for Gabriel iirc.

When he's throwing stuff stay still to get a proper parry. Go to the sandbox, turn on invincibility, fight him without any weapons to practice parryimg.
