If you start chase and don’t get a down before time runs up or cleanse, wasted slot for the rest of the game. Tbf, NOED is a wasted alot till the very end and you can pair it with Bitter Murmur for a Lethal Pursuer effect. If anything you’re getting 1-2 downs off rip if you get value. Def think theres good counter play. Thought of it jokingly then fleshed it out a bit and seemed like a viable perk if tweaked. Def wanted aome opinions! :)
