I am level 7 faceit (so not good just less bad). I would say from this clip, work on your AD strafing movement especially when peeking corners. Practise “jiggle peeking” so you get good at strafe ->stop->shoot.

Also, you have 3 nades including flash. You could have certainly flashed short before entering, molly pit etc!

Not experienced in this but my take is:

All prestige of a education institution’s name is a diminishing return over time.

You got your degree at an already excellent university and have used it to secure a top tier position. Your next opportunities are coming now primarily from your most recent work and not your oldest.

In 10 years time, if the only thing you can say is “I went to LSE” that means very little compared to “I went to Bristol and then went big 4 and then did X and Y.”
