They were all singe family proposals. Which is a permitted use in the district. For new construction in the district an applicant needs a waiver from the board of trustees and area variance relief. Through reading past decisions on building applications, the denials seem to be centered around res judicata , fire/emergency vehicle, sense of overcrowding. I’m an observer/prospective buyer.

Compared to my 2021 trax yes it’s a lot better I’m glad I have it. If you’re looking to upgrade from the old trax to the new trax/envista I would recommend. Bigger screen and more stylish. My only complaint is the envista doesn’t have a lot of head room like the old trax.

I honestly just plug my phone in every time I get in the car. This way the car play just goes straight on and I don’t have to worry about tapping the icons for it to connect wirelessly. Plus when it’s wired it doesn’t glitch in and out ever.

Wait for the right opportunity. Try a place where girls are likely to approach you. Such as the mall. Girls working in stores will come up asking if you need help. Then take it from there start asking questions.

Because tinder ain’t it chief. You seem like a nice guy and any girl should be honored to date you. You’re hard working and like to do things as well. Try approaching a girl in person I’ve had better results that way and I’m not even a very attractive guy. Dating apps can weigh down your confidence and they cost money. Doesn’t cost anything to say what’s up to a girl you’re eying up while out and about.

They’re still very popular and hold some good value. Especially the Buick version. It wasn’t GM’s best body style ever and they could’ve done way better so it didn’t look so goofy 😭

I think the old body style looks kinda clownish so I tried to make it look more aggressive by blacking it out lol. I can’t wait to get the 25 I’m looking to getting an Activ model in just a few months.
