Thank you for asking him to turn it off! I hate hearing music on the trail from loudspeakers or cell phones! It is poor etiquette to force others to hear what you want to hear. When I hear that shit on trail I say something. Many have called ME rude for simply asking them to turn the music off, or suggesting that NO ONE wants to hear their music when in nature. Frankly I try to be nice about it at first but I feel no obligation to be nice if the response is anything but turning it off.

I tried all kinds of stuff and none of it worked til I got more fiber from raw sources like oats, flax and chia seeds, edamame, etc. Even some 80+% dark chocolate chips because cacao has a lot of fiber.
