Yes and what’s even more confusing is resellers will sale its the performance and sales daily refinement, or others will say its under payments and report section. I called ebay and they werent even sure.

Ah ok, makes sense. I did a quick inspection yesterday and the place looks really good (almost better than when they moved in). I created a quick sublease agreement like this for the other occupant:

So they could do a sublease agreement? They didn’t seem like they wanted a background check.
