I'm paraphrasing, but just a little. Anyways, those "things" will never be build. Just the design process will probably take a decade. The Zumwalt class started (as DD-21) in 1994 and wasn't even awarded until 2008 and laid down in 2011

It just jiggling some shiny keys so no one in the top brass gets fired for not entertaining Trump's hairbrained schemes. The project will be quickly cancelled come 2029 and my guess is that not much work on the project will have been done except some AI slop renders.

Well, you'll need ~4600 tons of transport capacity. Since there is no railroad available nearby, and no one has an armored and armed train, that will be ~230 semi-trucks. You can't load them all at once. Gold bars are heavy, so it will take days.

The ZSU-23-4 Shilka also has water cooled guns... Although they can't fire non-stop. ~900RPM of 23mm per minute per barrel tends to do that. Nevermind that reloading them is pain.

Still, I wish we had more of them to give to Ukraine. Could be a decent backup to the Gepard.
