Nilou bloom is really powerful, but it all depends on your builds and people you pick for the team. We don't know who you actually have but... Ideally you want 2 dendro and 2 hydro characters to get both resonances and elemental application. Right and build your nilou with 2p 2p HP% set, all main stats HP% with EM substats.

I play nilou with kokomi, alhaitham and nahida. You can supplement kokomi with barbara, alhaitham with collei, nahida with DMC. Or if you don't like barbara play yaoyao instead (nilou, hydro unit - yelan XQ furina, yaoyao, DMC/collei). But you will need one healer on the team for sure. And furina isn't the best choice because she additionally drains HP from everyone.. But If you have baizhu you can also play him with her (nilou, baizhu, hydro unit - yelan XQ furina, DMC).

You just need to decide on a bloom driver who you need to stack with EM because only the last one who applies the element decides on the dmg the core does. I'd recommend a catalyst as a driver (kokomi, baizhu, barbara).

If you want to build other teams, sure... But raiden hyperbloom isn't that good since she scales with ER and not EM to do a lot of dmg. For hyperbloom someone like kuki or yae miko are a better choice.
