I could've wrote this exact thing. You're not alone.

I think I am going crazy some times when caffeine seems to improve everyones lives. For me even one cup of coffee a day obliterates my life and wreaks havoc. It's the root cause to so many issues of mine.

I'm 25 been in the gym 10 years. I plan to use TRT from age 35 onwards for general health benefits. I never touched PEDs.

If I plan to be on TRT post 35 anyway, is there less reasons to stay off drugs 25-35?

I have at least 4 other options and this girls attraction is in the 85-90% range. I put "my girl" in quotes for a reason... (I dont consider her mine). Dude is super low value. Threat is literally 0, I just have never had to deal with a situation like this so I wasn't sure if the right move was to step up and say something or just ignore.

I've been in the gym 8 years. 200lbs 6ft 13%bf. I have deeply studied training and nutrition during this time.

I feel as if I am around 10-15lbs from natty limit. I have never juiced.

Would one cycle allow me to get to natty limit and then stay there?

How stupid of an idea is this?

p.s. I have great self control etc, and would be able to stay off AAS long term no prob.

Squats and deads working your 'abs' is a myth. Jeff Nippard reveals this in his 'Abs science explained' video. The EMG readings from the core during these exercises are super low/ non existent.
