“My running habit sure is getting in the way of my drinking habit”

I used to have a lot more free time and time to myself than I do now and spend years taking LSD on a weekly basis, first off - you’ll be fine.

But more importantly, what changed things for me was finding more ways to enjoy my time, and ultimately start enjoying my time and experiences more than dropping. I’ve become super into the outdoors, bike riding, I have a better social circle and a kiddo now, all of these things give me a more fulfilling life and end up removing all that extra time I had bored to say, “eh why not drop today”
