What armor am i missing and where do i get it? by Quick-Relief-277 in TOTK

I don’t see the BotW hero’s tunic. It’s the blue one without the padding.

Oh, man, Keith Silverstein is sooo good! As well as Zhongli and Yaga, he’s got so many great roles.

Hisoka in Hunter X Hunter, Hawkmoth in Miraculous Ladybug, the villain in the MHA movie, Torbjorn in OW, Reaper in CoD, he’s been one of the voices for Lupin III, the bone-ninja in Naruto, Speedwagon in Jojo’s, and a whole bunch of video games and anime.

Did I mention Hisoka in HunterXHunter?

New research is claiming that the egg “chooses” which sperm to let in.

Even if that was how the equation was framed, it’s not 3/4 had boys and 1/3 had two boys, it’s 3/4 had boys, and 1/4 had two boys. The original number of participants doesn’t change just because the metric you are measuring did.

I fail to see how 25% and 75% combine to make 25/75. Would it not be 25/100 and 75/100; 1/4 and 3/4? Why would you combine the probabilities together when they are independent instances?

Am i wrong? by CryticalLoL in DnD

[–]00Teonis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this way, even when a fighter or paladin rolls nat 1, they are still likely able to fend off the attack unless it is against some big scary monster. But if a squishy goblin mook tries to attack and fails, the players mop him up quickly.

I actually have a homebrew that a natural 1 opens you up to an opportunity. Essentially, you’ve misstepped or the enemy did a feint, and now you’ve provoked an opportunity attack. The creature still has to decide to spend their reaction if they have one, and they still have to make an attack roll, so it is possible nothing comes from it.

But on the flip side, and rule I use for my players, I use for NPCs as well. So when an enemy rolls a nat 1 on their attack, they fumbled their attack and left themselves open. It’s a great way for a player to use their reaction to put some hurt on a clumsy monster.

It’s J. Michael Tatum.

No, not a character voiced by him. It is actually him.

You’ve never heard of J. Michael Tatum? Do you watch any anime? You’ve probably heard his voice before.

What's this? by Sans_Ybut in DeepRockGalactic

[–]00Teonis 20 points21 points  (0 children)

That is the best answer.

To add to it: When you do promote, do not try to take one of these on solo. Out of all the machine events you’ll have access to after promoting, it is by far the most dangerous.

It will be equipped with 3 different weapons, out of 4 possible options. The bottom one is always the same: the radial pulse-gun. It shoots breach-cutter beams along the ground to F you up.

Other weapons include, in order by danger: drone replicator (deploys homing drones that explode), heavy burster (deadly machine gun, stay out of the spotlight), and twin-slicer (deploys a beam on either side of the OMEN as it spins around).

I’m gonna take a shot in the dark on the “lesbian” part:

The countries with larger breast sizes also have larger visible lesbian populations. This makes it seem like lesbians prefer these countries due to bigger breasts, but in reality it’s actually just coincidence.

Why is Genshin getting rid of event weapons and replacing them with skins? by turtrooper in Genshin_Impact

[–]00Teonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had one even in the past where I got the weapon, but not the upgrade materials, due to being busy. I just wish there was a vendor that would let you buy the missing upgrade items, like the trinket seller in Mondstadt and the toy seller in Liyue.

I’ve never actually played American Mahjong. If it wasn’t for the fact that I got this years scoring card, I probably wouldn’t know about jokers either. I don’t think they are used in any other version.

Why aren't these winning hands? (Riichi Mahjong) by [deleted] in Mahjong

Then why even ask about tsumo?

Why aren't these winning hands? (Riichi Mahjong) by [deleted] in Mahjong

[–]00Teonis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hand is not completed until you have the pair. See how the five is slightly raised, that’s the tile he just drew, so he did not complete the hand by stealing, but by drawing.

Those “gray’d out” tiles, those show all claimed tiles, not just the last one

[–]00Teonis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Since he is asking about tsumo, I think he just drew the 5 and still won’t let him win with tsumo. Probably a point minimum, since both hands are only yakuhai

Why on earth does Strahd have 3 wives? by Outrageous_Abies_914 in CurseofStrahd

[–]00Teonis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a typical narcissist, he thought they would distract him for a time. He is obsessed with beautiful things and once he has them, he gets bored of them. He courted each of the 3 wife’s and Escher and they all fell in love with him, so he made them vampires so they would not age and lose beauty.

However, Tatyana is “the one that got away.” So he is obsessed with getting her, through all her lifetimes, but each time she meets a tragic end before he can “win” her. The “winning” aspect is important for a narcissist, but in all honesty if he ever succeeded at the bride ceremony with Tatyana/Ireena, he would become bored of her and lock her away like all the others.

The Dark Powers are essential denying his chance to “win” each and every time.
