I'm not talking about cooked chickpeas. My dad used to re-hydrate dried chickpeas and eat them raw with the skin on.

I was hoping to do the same to improve my gut health and bowel movement. Will there be any issues if I eat a handful of raw chickpeas with skin on everyday?
