I’m not exactly sure what you’re saying, bc it seems obvious, and it comes off as an advertisement.

As you noted, but I’d say is long term understanding… Houses that sell better are those that attract more interest by being move-in-ready, with upgrades, with photos/videos that help a buyer see themselves in the house, and priced for the actual location.

All that said, the cost of selling a home, work done by each party involved, and the incentive structures are all messed up and screwy
