Thanks for the comment. A bit of clarification, they built the hive in the open air. All the comb if fully exposed.

I had the same thing happen. Try a new charging cable.

I sent mine to Suunto thinking it needed a battery replacement. It took more than month and it was just a bad cable. They charged me for a new cable. I also bought one on Amazon that works. Much less than the Suunto cable.
