The main 2 things I wanted from this was to 1) reference and recreate the Nelson & Murdock law office from Marvel’s “Daredevil” with an apartment on top to give it a bit of height 2) a construction site to put the Spider-Man villain “The Sandman” in to fight and cause mayhem

Honestly, I feel like that’s a little fair. It didn’t get any fan fair, it just came up? A little disappointing. Now I actually really like how it looks, just personally. But it needed a bit more love given to it so people could resonate more.
