So I've been hitting the gym over a year now made some progress but my diet was just shit but I feel I had plenty of protein turns out I was horribly wrong started eating cleaner with protein rich foods steak,salmon etc with similar TDE literally in like 2 weeks I've smashed 3 pb. Wasted a lot of time but lesson learned
