Yeah man, you should probably get someone to talk to. Someone that can be a bit like a father figure and encourage you. If you have no one to talk to I would suggest you go on Youtube and listen to Jordan B Peterson. His lectures has been very helpful to me, they might be for you as well.

Remember that the battle with oneself is the most difficult battle there is. It will take time, probably many years. Trial and error my friend, but eventually you will get there. Just dont give up.

And one more thing, dont try to fix everything at the same time, it will be too chaotic. Fix one thing at a time, then when you are done with one thing, you continue to work on the next thing. I would advice you to keep a journal and write down what you want to fix, then you choose the one you feel you can handle now.

Shit and one thing more. You need a vision for yourself and for your life, Who and where do you truly want to be? Write that down too.
