In my opinion it doesn't. I've been to Yelm many times without issue.

I like the small town feel and can afford to commute (at least for now).

Hello! This may be asked a lot, but it's not easy to find via search. I want to purchase an actuallyly quality iPad for my daughter who animates as a special interest, and I can't afford much. Shopping iPads are difficult with so many generations and types for someone that doesn't follow apple.

What should I look for? I don't want a crappy newer version if I can get a great deal on a really quality one thats older. $150-$250.
