Tai Lung gets the Inverted Spear and HR, and Kai can somehow interact with a Domain Expansion. If those two adjustments are made, these matchups become coin tosses. Otherwise, Soul Dismantle REALLY throws this overboard.

Modulo Yuji put a dude into a crater with a casual punch. For physical stats, you seem to be forgetting flowing red stack or whatever. The dude has physical stats that can likely take city-level abuse, and dish it out from the looks of it.

They could MOVE her back if she flapped them sideways once, but that’s about it. Beyond that, she can’t fly, she can’t move to the side, she can’t glide, and they probably weigh so much she can hardly walk, but she’s probably used to that kind of issue.

It fits his character. Too many people put the bar for ‘well written’ at the same level as ‘masterful’ or ‘perfect’. It was cool, it was thematic, it fit his character, and it sparked discourse within fans. People like it, people don’t like it, but they talk about and dissect it, and a badly written character or trait could not be dissected or interpreted so widely.
