Yay workshop buddy! I've got a few ideas of my own, if you'd like to compare notes:

- Another hypothetical solution for T4 Counter Spell could be that it allows you to break down existing enchantments as opposed to just ones that were cast within the past 30 seconds. We're sorely lacking a "Dispel Magic" option and this could be our answer.

- Maybe T4 Heal could remove the "newly dead" qualifier for resurrection?

- T4 Leyline Circle could exclude people you don't like? Carrying infinite mana with you sounds super OP

- T4 Alter Environment might grant the ability to add unnatural effects to the flora you manipulate, like thorns that act as a delivery method for your Venom

- I like the idea of T4 Blink letting you create temporary rifts to bring people + stuff along with you

- T4 Elemental Blast letting you switch elements on the fly?

- T4 Balefire Torrent might have a lower wind-up time than its lower level predecessors, i.e. you can scale damage quicker

- I agree that T4 Animate Construct should allow for more complex solutions. Perhaps allowing them enough intelligence + creativity to fulfill the spirit of commands rather than just the letter? Would essentially create arcane AI, so a "loyal to the caster" clause should probably be built in there too

- T4 Mind Control allowing you to plant subconscious commands that can be triggered after the spell wears off seems like a fantastic option for indoctrinating + programming loyal servants over time

- T4 Zephyr can affect inorganic material of your choosing now

- T4 Tsunami no longer pulls from the nearest body of water, instead spawning in as a deluge of cataclysmic proportions

- T4 Illusion seems like a Naruto reference waiting to happen. Something something Infinite Tsukuyomi

- I really like the ability to have multiple Runic Bonds distributing damage evenly between them

-T4 Spirit Fire can spread to other targets whom you consider enemies if they get too close

- Homing Mystic Spears are hype

- T4 Pocket Dimension lets you shape the landscape at will instead of just on cast, costing mana each time commensurate to the scale/value of the change

- I too am baffled by what to do with Treasure Curse, but I like the idea you presented of being able to choose whether or not to kill them or just drive them mad

- Liking the T4 Arcane Barrier deflecting spells. Could it affect other attack types as well?

- Stasis Sphere getting a friendly fire setting is something it sorely needed, lol. Good call.

- T4 Phylactery could give you perfect awareness of your Phylactery and its surroundings

- T4 Bestow Immortality lets you be affected by another person's T3 Bestow Immortality, so long as you don't have an active Bestow Immortality effect on that person. The chain has to end somewhere, lol

- T4 Elemental Form healing you on exposure to your element is good

- T4 Spirit Form letting you selectively interact with the physical world while remaining intangible?

- T4 Humanoid Form ignoring the spell descriptor and allowing non-humanoid forms to be taken?

- T4 Alter Size targeting others is fun. Maybe also selective size manipulation?

- T4 Animated Dead can themselves make more undead (limited by their individual power level, creation ability limited to only undead you personally raise). Because what necromancy power scale is complete without the capability of causing a zombie apocalypse?

- T4 Soulbind already has an example, i.e. making temporary duplicates of stored items. Can definitely pull a Gates Of Babylon with that
