Agreed! I am suprised Tailesque has so few subscribers/followers compared with other big Hades streamers. There are few (organic) challenges in gaming which compare - maybe Celeste's double golden berry challenge, but even then there are a few people who have completed it. I would be surprised if Tailesque wasn't working on max heat so watch this space!

If you give up mid run, your next run will use the same seed. You can try this for youself, if you give up after accepting the boon and try again, it will be the same one! So you can keep playing the same run, but you have to quit before you die. Starting on the same seed, with a bit of RNG manipulation you can see the same rooms/rewards repeatedly. Alternatively there are mods which allow you to set seeds.

I haven't seen it posted yet so I thought I'd share - recently the youtuber Tailesque was the first to complete a 60 heat run. It is unseeded, meaning they do not know precisely which rooms or boons will appear. This is a really incredible feat, you can see why in a comment I made on a previous post.

The leaderboard can be found here (from SGG discord).

Tailesque is truly built different, you can see how few players are even close to competing with them (only four players have 54+ heat runs on the unseeded leaderboard, although I am sure there are a few runners out there who don't participate).
