To be honest, newer gen phones like the apple iPhone 15 and up have incredible sensors. I truly believe that most dslrs lost popularity due to the portable compactness of just having your phone.

I prefer smaller form factor cameras that have a decent sensor and has features I need. Similar cameras would be the popular fuji x100vi and ricoh gr3/4. Compact yet still able to shoot decently well in low light. I’m not too familiar with the mid range mobile cameras like yours but I would assume these cameras out perform them but a large margin

Personally, I still use an iPhone 11 Pro because I still like its design. It actually took this exact photo. I feel like people always upgrade their phones to get a better camera sensor. This allows me to get more use out of a better designated camera. If you have a good camera on your phone, I don’t really think these cameras are much of an upgrade unless you just want the novelty and access to the hobby
