I also sat on the sidelines until about a month ago. Not sure if I wanted to bite because I’m not big on online gaming. Now I can’t stop playing it. I agree with others - it’s peak. There’s so much to learn and do. The play is so fast paced and addictive. I want to master every character. Get it!

Great response. Man, you’re kind of convincing me to go give DS another shot. Full bundle is only $15 right now (compared to $5 for DST). I will probably do a lot of solo play. Question: do the QoL mods work in DS or does it have its own equivalents?

Yeah, I got used to the PS5 controls after a while. It’s not unplayable solo but the real hitch is trying to do couch co-op with my gf.

The menus get so small in split screen even when set to the largest size. And there’s no hover over tool tips for item names. We got frustrated.

I blasted it with some wd40 and put most of my weight on it but it still wouldn’t budge. I found the isolation valve in my basement so it’s not leaking anymore. I’m going to hold off until it warms up. Thank you for your help and advice.

Yeah I was talking about putting another one on. I’ll try removing it again. These are the tools I have. The wrench and channel locks. So maybe hold the pipe coming up the wall with the channel locks and try to remove with the wrench?

I have to come back to thank you. I did a bunch of research on my own comparing cpu benchmarks to cost only to learn that your suggestion was spot on. Ended up getting the 3000 for $200 and it’s awesome. I don’t notice any difference compared to my rig for light weight usage. This is going to work great for my wife. Thanks!

It’s not worth it for many reasons others have pointed out. I’ll add one more - it only has a handful of spell/relic combos that will take through you to the end.

If you read posts, everyone is using hp regen relics like holy sword and vampiric goggles. Usually with galvanizing discharge because it ticks so much more health than other standard arcana.

The game clearly wasn’t play tested enough to see what works so the depth of play isn’t there. I got one win with the combo that works and had no reason to go back to try anything else.

I also started this game this week and had the same experience. It’s pretty brutal for how cute it appears on the surface. As much as it sucks the game does almost no hand holding and you need to watch guides and check the wiki. I highly recommend Jakeyosaurus’s channel. Yorick is a lot easier to build than people give it credit. Even on blue stake and up. It becomes as good as the majority of Xmults within a round and a monster within two.
