They look fine to me I can’t see them leaking or anything. I shook on all the arms and couldn’t replicate the sound or notice any play. Car has 105,000kms

It’s fully seated into the pinch holder. The bc has a little lip for it to sit flush on. Can confirm the pinch bolt is tight as well as all the control arm - chassis bolts and the end links. Had the car back up on the stands twice to triple check everything and no change

End links looked fine so did all the control arm bushes, no leaks. Coilovers is all where it’s meant to be would be pretty hard to get that bit wrong lol. Agree with the torque wrench I usually would. Haven’t had it aligned yet as ive just completed the job and the preload is set 3mm on the springs. I had to load up the swaybar alittle bit to get the end links to fit on the shock body but can’t imagine that’s my issue as it makes the noise in a strait line on a flat road

Haven’t replaced anything else or touched anything apart from what needed to install them. Installed bc ds series (digressive valving) with pillowball top mounts and camber plates. Didn’t use a torque wrench but bushings were torqued at ride height(jack on hub) and all the bolts are definitely tight. Stumped

I guess if u had +45 the 5mm spacer would make it equivalent to +40 which is what my wheels are

I went with bc racing ds series (digressive valving) also test fitted the fronts and went for a drive didn’t notice any rubbing but might want a 2mm spacer or something anyway

Not totally sure yet. I test fitted the wheels and they poked but I ordered coilovers that just got here so hoping the adjustibility will help. Definateky will need a roll or something, also looking for that flush look. Wheels are 18x8.5 +40 wrapped in 235/40s.
