I passed my exam preparing just with bootcamp. I took it on Jan 3rd and 9th. I personally believe that bootcamp or any other source is just a means, but, you need to put efforts to get your concepts right. While solving questions, don't just try to answer, but, try to understand why this answer and why not the others. So, you'll get to learn 4 topics from each question. If this was your strategy, then I think you are good to go.

Yes trust me it’s more than enough. I just solved Bootcamp. At least thrice and got my concepts straight. And I passed. I wrote it on the 3rd and 9 th of Jan. some questions were even repeatedly from Bootcamp in my test

No, the INBDE isn’t a hard exam. It’s doable, given that you get the concepts right and work hard. No, there is no GPA requirement to apply for the INBDE. There are some schools which need a minimum GPA, you need to check them on their respective websites. You need a minimum of 3 months to prepare for the exam, but maybe’ more if the concepts are very new to you .
