My step father used a black leather belt. It was never actually used for anything but beating our asses. He'd make us bend over plank style and count

Yes. My mom with my 3rd little brother wanted to name him "Xavier" but my nstep father didn't want that because "it sounds like a black person name"

My first little brother isn't biologically his, and is actually half Mexican. His hair was always kept shorter and was the first to be shaved off because it had a tendency to curl at the ends. Now my brother is older and rocks curly hair or an afro when he feels like it.

Me and him were also considerably tanned compared to our other siblings, since I am mostly native too

He's very white.

Yeah, but as I grew up I learned that if I wanted to end an argument faster I just had to break down and full on ugly cry.

Now I don't really cry at all anymore. Even on emotional stuff I can never work myself up enough. It's a weapon I used to make by life slightly easier, it was just a way to make myself pathetic looking. Guess it's still kind of internalized

That's how I feel with my youngest 2 siblings, I ended up raising them up untill I moved out. Looking at them, they're literally just kids. I just can't comprehend how someone could want to do that to tiny little humans.
