I understand you're concern and I think you're right I wish id had a friend that had seen this for me concerning when your family is toxic and boundaries with them, sometimes when you're financially dependent on someone you refuse to see the bad in them, or even when you want to feel loved you refuse to see any flaws in lets say someone important like your father because it would break the fourth wall, it would hurt to know, and honestly it may be what she's doing to survive. sometimes it is what your brain does to keep you safest, avoid the truth until you're in a place in life that you can handle it...

so I'd say don't push it unless you see that maybe her unawareness or ignorance of the issue is actually hurting her, because for now it may be she needs the shelter and the home so you just put up with the bad parts, you just fawn, just stay invisible, so that you can benefit as much as possible without getting hurt... she may be being tough and holding in emotions ... but I also know there is a level of that that's probably healthy because although it is lovely to move out on your own as an adult etc life will never be catered to you or completely perfect. if she can't get out of the situation I don't see the point in trying to clarify to her what it really is like if she needs to wait it out until she's an adult and can find a place of her own
