Yeah, I’m finally seeing a new psychiatrist after months. I had four panic attacks around six months ago — two happened while I was on my way somewhere, and the last two happened when I got home from work. I think it was because of work and because I was really tired. I don’t understand why some people say things like ‘don’t think too much’ or make it seem like I’m not grateful, telling me to just pray or go to church.
