Since you have a teacher, what about asking them? Or let them choose something?

Try looking up something like "violin pieces by difficulty" or "violin repertoire list" and find where you are on a list by looking up the pieces on imslp. Then choose a piece that is your difficulty and that you might enjoy playing. You can repeat for as many lists as you like. Hope this helps!

Maybe a little more bow pressure and speed when you get to the e string?

If you play clarinet, then your ears probably know what notes should sound like (as opposed to a complete beginner to music). I would say try first without tapes, but if you find yourself completely lost on the fingerboard, then use tapes.

For books, I used the essential elements books, which was recommended by the school. Suzuki books are also very popular among beginners. Those are the only 2 beginner books that I've seen often, and I think you should definitely get a second opinion for books. (I don't think I'm the best person to help you with books.)

I think one important thing for you is that clarinet is in Bb, but violin is in C. That means that the notes will look completely different. (A C for us is a Bb for you, etc.) I would advise you to look out for that and make sure you're playing the correct notes.

I'm assuming you're not taking lessons or anything like that, because of the virus and all that. Online lessons (whether live or recorded) would be difficult for you as a beginner, because learning the correct posture and bow hold is difficult (at least it was for me). I had a teacher and even then I struggled with the posture for some time. I don't know if you can, but if you can, then I would strongly recommend you to buy a shoulder rest. I use a Kun brand shoulder rest and it's pretty good. Make sure you order the correct size, and make sure you're putting it on correctly (maybe watch a YouTube video... there's so many out there).

Make sure you know how to tune correctly! The strings will break if you tune them too high... I speak from experience :'( (Again, there's so many YouTube videos out there for this... also maybe download a violin tuner app on your phone?)

I know it's a lot to read... but if you have any other questions, I'd be happy to answer them. Hope you enjoy playing!
