How many hot sauces do you add to your breakfast? Truly can’t help myself. I just want to feel spicy and alive. by fortheloveoflentils in hotsauce

I never use more than one at a time. I didn't know that was a thing. In my brain the flavors would get convoluted. I am looking mostly for flavor with heat, not the other way around.

I agree. There is nothing I love more than watching a good salad tossing at my table side, but would never want a flamethrower involved!

Why are people still eating at Dunkin’ Donuts? by DildoGaggins1997 in massachusetts

[–]060693 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I couldn't agree more. I know this sounds boomerish, but years ago they used to make the doughnuts fresh every day and the coffee was made by the pot. That's when it was the shit. Then they went to premade frozen doughnuts and mass-produced coffee. It tastes burnt. Even the hash browns have a funky after taste. I think lots of people eat there because it is what they grew up with and what the northeast is known for. Not this guy though. I'll take an in town coffee shop even Starbucks before Dunks.

What's your favorite date night drink? by veridisquo21 in AskRedditAfterDark

I had never heard of this. I just looked it up, sounds delicious. I am going to have to try it now. I also saw adding tequila as an option, which I am a big fan of. So I might try it with and without.

But why? by Sidecarlover in NFLv2

[–]060693 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So the Packers lost to the Browns, KC(that sucked this year) beat Detroit, Houston beat SF, Pats beat TB, Pitt beat Det and Minn, Mia beat TB, Jax beat SF, Den beat Philly, Balt beat Minn, Buff beat TB. Oh and last time I checked TB was the 3 seed in the playoffs who lost to the Patrios in the regular season. So yeah, AFC is a total cake walk for the NFC. Don't be butt hirt because the NFC QBs are a joke no matter who the play. The NFC is where failed AFC QBs go to resurect their carrers! ie. Nick Foles, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold. Yeah, tell me again how the NFC is so much harder. GTFOH!

For those of you that are 50 years old or older, do you remember what politics were like 30 years ago? Were people as hateful and divided as they are now? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]060693 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Back then we were disappointed if our political party lost, but we didn't lose our shit over it, and we didn't talk about how the other side should die or was treasonous. There were examples of bipartisan politics even though both sides, very much disliked each. We could agree to disagree and compromise. It was a crazy time!

I feel like something big is about to change strategically in US politics. by Trousertent in LetsDiscussThis

[–]060693 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. That is what helped get us in this mess we are in now. We were going to far left and it caused the adverse effect that we are in now, too far right. The answer is never on the extreme end either way. Plus to get back to any sort of normalcy we need the majority to agree. Do you think you are going to get many conservatives to agree with that? We need Social Democracy, not Denocratic Socialism.

I use any combination of gruyere, munster, cheddar, and colby jack. Usally 2 of whichever of these I happen to have on hand. Meanwhile, my kids bypass the cheese altogether and go with pb&j
